Cost for entry is $1100. Each team is guarenteed 3 games. Division winners move on to a playoff round

A $250 nonrefundable deposit will hold a team's spot on first come first serve basis.

All teams must submit a complete team roster by October 1, 2011 for program purposes.

Rosters (in Excel format) must include the name, jersey #, high school, class year, email and phone number.

All players must complete the Health Form and Liability Affidavit, which must be collected and submitted by the team coach or coordinator before the start of the tournament.
